I provide Google Ads consulting, audit, setup, optimization, and related advisory services (collectively, “Services”). Details of specific engagements are set out in separate proposals or agreements.

• You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

I may modify these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” at the top will indicate when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
